Leaders have no problem talking about themselves. It’s not a brag. You’re simply sharing facts.
I’m assuming you’re here because you want to know if I’m qualified to help you. It’s my job (as a leader) to make it easy for you to get the information you need. I’ll teach you how to do this for yourself.
so here’s how I got here …
I worked with a lot of bad leaders (including me sometimes).
In order to act like a leader, you need to learn to think like one first.

FINDING INSPIRATION FROM…
Journaling, shopping local, date nights at the pub, ordinary people, and other powerful leaders.

MEL SAVAGE
This is the dream executive coaching combo where experienced leadership strategy meets cognitive behavioral coaching.
I have 20+ years working as a leader in the corporate world. I know what you need to do. And I combine that with four years of training as a cognitive behavioral coach. I know how to help you naturally think like the leader you want to be.
You’re going to stop overworking, resenting your boss and peers, taking things personally, needing to have all the answers, telling yourself you’re not confident enough and worrying about ending up homeless. (yes, we all worry about that.)
And you’re going to start knowing your goals, believing they’re possible, leveraging every person and opportunity, build a team of critical thinkers, fail confidently and help everyone see how great you are.
Oh, and did I mention having a lot of fun being more successful than you thought you could be? Ya, let’s focus all your brilliance on achieving that.

Mel was very instrumental to help me view myself in a different way. The opportunity to have someone so skilled like Mel to discuss all these topics provided clarity on how to articulate my vision and continue to pioneer change in my business.

A BRIEF LINKEDIN-ESQUE INTERLUDE
More on why I’m qualified.
I have real world corporate leadership experience.
I went from the mailroom to the senior management table at McDonald’s to running my own business. Along the way I’ve had a ton of success. I was rated among the top 1% of employees in the global McDonald’s system, worked with top talent around the world and even once ate filet mignon on a corporate jet.
I’ve also had a ton of failures, struggled with imposter syndrome, had bad bosses I made worse, micromanaged my team and the thing I’m most ashamed of… I complained behind people’s backs. Ugh!
So basically, I’ve done that, been there and have several sizes of t-shirts… not to mention, working at McDonald’s for 12 years gave me access to world class training and processes.
As a coach, I’m an IFC professional certified coach, as well as certified at The Life Coach School, where I began study in cognitive behavioral coaching. I have an advanced certification in feminist socialization – which basically means I’ve deep-dived into how societal norms impact women’s ability to navigate and be successful in the workplace. And in August 2023, I begin my Master Coach training.
In the last five years, I’ve invested over $100K in my coach brain and spent 1000’s of hours coaching.
BOTTOM LINE:I know what I’m doing. I get my clients results.
